Being part of the implementation projects in several areas (CRM, MDG, Concur, S4Hana), delivering change requests from initial design, through ABAP development, testing and deployment.
Responsible for SAP second level across 3 ERP systems worldwide – covering SAP SD, MM, HR, XI/PI, CS.
Responsible for support of non-SAP applications developed by 3rd party, but also inhouse.
Flexible delivery of services – on fixed price (for example first level of support – dispatching of tickets and provision of SAP access), but also on time and material basis.
Support in testing providing pool of ITCQB certified testers.
