Do you have experience with IT recruitment, specifically in SAP and would you like to draw on your
experience in a IT&SAP company that belongs to reputable IT/SAP service providers?
Right now, we are expanding our internal HR team in Czech republic.

We are looking for a colleague who likes the IT world, loves to communicate with people, is not afraid of new challenges and prefers to work in an informal working environment.

Deine Aufgaben / your mission

participation in various forms of recruitment (staff augmentation, mass recruitment, headhunting, and others)
searching SAP experts for our open SAP projects (our end-clients are renowned European clients)
conducting phone/online and personal interviews with potential candidates in Czech or in English/German languages
updating and creating Job Descriptions and subsequent publication on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) and our website
placing advertisements of new job vacancies (job portals)
drawing up reports at regular intervals
you will be a part of the Czech/Slovak/Polish/Bulgarian/German/Romanian recruitment team
experience in leading a team is an advantage
proactive creating of the network of SAP specialists in the Czech Republic
active work with Linkedin, Xing, freelancer’s web portals, ...
participation in career events

Dein Profil / your profile

experience with IT/SAP recruiting of at least 5 years
education in the field of HR, or in similar fields (e.g., psychology) is an advantage
established networking of IT (SAP) specialists (mainly on LinkedIn)
English – upper-intermediate (B2), German – an advantage
Independence
