Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business requirements related to customer service and after-sales processes.
Design, configure, and implement SAP CS solutions tailored to client needs.
Integrate SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD (Sales & Distribution), PM (Plant Maintenance), and MM (Materials Management).
Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and forms.
Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues related to SAP CS.
Work closely with technical teams (e.g. ABAP developers) to ensure successful custom developments.
Deliver user training and prepare documentation for system processes and procedures.
Advise clients on SAP best practices and potential process improvements.
Keep up to date with SAP innovations, particularly around S/4HANA Customer Service and Customer Management.
