Sustainability and Responsibility
What we stand for
At teamative, we see it as our task to make the most of the available energy, resources and people. We are committed to sustainability in many areas - from climate and environmental protection to integration. We are the leader in net zero emissions in our ecosystem. We have been climate-neutral across the Group since 2020.
Certified climate-neutral
Since January 2020, teamative has been certified as climate-neutral, making it a pioneer in the IT industry.
Gold Standard climate protection
We neutralise 100% of our CO2 emissions through the Gold Standard climate protection project "Reforestation of tropical forests in Panama".
Prioritising rail travel and green electricity
To reduce emissions, we give priority to rail travel. We use green electricity at our locations.
Standardised emissions calculation
Our CO2 emissions are calculated by a specialist service provider in accordance with the GHG Protocol standard.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Wide-ranging social commitment
Sustainability has many faces and facets at teamative. Above all, for us it means getting involved and giving something back – together: in our communities, in our daily work, in sports projects or in the form of targeted fundraising campaigns. For example, we support the Schools for Gambia education initiative and are committed to supporting autistic pupils.

teamative as a partner in sport
Teamwork and cohesion are values we live by at teamative. That is why we also specifically support the work of numerous sports clubs and are committed to promoting young talent. We currently sponsor several handball, volleyball and soccer teams as well as ballet, gymnastics and athletics in the region.
