At teamative, we see it as our task to make the most of the energy, the resources and the people available to us. We are committed to sustainability across many areas, from climate and environmental protection to integration. We are a leader in our ecosystem in achieving net zero emissions. We have been climate-neutral across the group since 2020.
Since January 2020, teamative has been certified as climate-neutral, making it a pioneer in the IT industry.
We neutralise 100% of our CO2 emissions through the Gold Standard climate protection project “Reforestation of tropical forests in Panama”.
To reduce emissions, we give priority to the use of rail travel and we use green electricity at our locations.
Our CO2 emissions are calculated by a specialist service provider in accordance with the GHG Protocol standard.
Sustainability has many different faces and aspects at teamative. Above all, for us it means getting involved and giving something back, in our communities, in our daily work, in sports projects or in the form of targeted fundraising campaigns. For example, we support the Schools for Gambia education initiative and are committed to supporting autistic pupils.
Teamwork and collaboration are values we live by at teamative. That is why we also specifically support the work of numerous sports clubs and are committed to promoting young talent. We currently sponsor several handball, volleyball and soccer teams as well as ballet, gymnastics and athletics in the region.
