- Overall responsibility for the implementation of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), including the definition of a Product Owner
- Continuous further development of the modules Discovery (for recording the IT infrastructure), Service Mapping (including the visualisation of dependencies and support for error analysis) and Event Management (integration of the SAP Solution Manager for automatic incident creation with relevant events in SAP systems)
- Integration of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) into the Common Service Data Model of ServiceNow in order to ensure data consistency
- Customer consultancy services in respect of Enterprise Service Management-solutions, with the goal of meeting their requirements and implementing the most suitable solutions
- Requirements management: Logging customer requests and developing User Stories
- Ensuring adherence to expected quality levels by the regular monitoring of the progress of the project, within the defined scope
