Smart sourcing of IT teams

We work with you to determine which IT resources you need, individual specialists or an entire team? To do this, we first take a look at your project to determine the required level of qualification, the objective, the framework parameters and the duration. At the same time, we check whether the deployment is legally possible in the contract model offered.

teamative Flex is a technology-neutral service. We take an impartial look at what expertise is actually required and put the teams together accordingly. We deploy experts with knowledge of all relevant technologies, whether that is Java or .NET in the backend, TypeScript, Angular or React in the frontend, DevOps know-how or cloud expertise in AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.

When it comes to team size, the name teamative Flex says it all. We offer the greatest possible flexibility. Whether you are looking for individual developers, need a Scrum team for a certain period of time or are pursuing an approach based on the factory model, we will find the right solution. The selection and setup of a small to medium-sized team usually only requires a lead time of around 4 weeks.

The team can be managed either by the customer or, in the case of Scrum teams, directly by teamative. In the latter case, we provide an experienced product owner who works closely with you to draw up the backlog, prioritise development work and at the same time keep an eye on the economic aspects of the project.

teamative Flex is designed for long-term cooperation. We require a minimum term of six months for project support.

Depending on what we agree with the customer, the services provided are billed on the basis of time-based remuneration (Time Material), a monthly service fee or a fixed price.
