Quality Control

Quality assurance includes the inspection of delivered or shipped parts to prevent errors in the production process or at the customer’s site. This involves visual and dimensional inspections according to specifications, documentation of deviations, and reporting. Incoming inspections protect production, while outgoing inspections safeguard the supplier’s reputation.

Engineering

Our engineering services cover APQP, PPAP, and FMEA, as well as direct on-site support through resident engineers. We conduct process audits in accordance with VDA 6.3 to ensure the highest standards in production and development. In addition, we apply quality engineering to continuously optimize products and processes, securing long-term competitiveness.

Warehousing

We provide storage capacity as needed – short-term or long-term, managed or unmanaged. Our service includes receiving deliveries, inspection, registration, and storage. We also organize domestic and international transport, from single pallets to full truckloads.

Logistics

Our logistics ensure efficient processes from goods receipt to dispatch. We deploy qualified staff with forklift licenses to guarantee smooth internal operations. Regular and special inventory checks ensure transparency and a reliable supply at all times.

What we do:
Comprehensive execution and management of Quality Confirmation Center (QCC) operations, including inspection and rework of purchased parts at OEMs.

Competencies:
We carry out visual and functional inspections of components, including exterior, interior, and safety-relevant parts. We also handle the rework of defective or non-conforming parts according to OEM standards. Our teams perform retrofit measures and final quality checks on completed vehicles and are responsible for final inspections before delivery to OEM customers. In addition, we provide resident engineers to deliver on-site technical expertise.

Production Support & Crisis Management

What we do:
Provision of qualified personnel, production management, and process stabilization in cases of production disruptions or staff shortages.
 
Competencies:
We provide qualified specialists at short notice to support or temporarily replace existing teams. We also take over the management of production capability and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. In addition, we perform mechanical and electrotechnical finishing work on vehicles and respond flexibly to urgent crisis situations in production or logistics to stabilize operations.

Logistics & Warehousing

What we do:
Setup, management, and optimization of warehouse operations and material flows.
 
Competencies:
We manage complete logistics at warehouse sites, including goods receipt, storage, and order picking. This includes cross-docking processes as well as the physical and system-based receipt of materials. We provide large-scale storage areas of up to 5,000 m². At the same time, we analyze and optimize internal material flows to achieve efficiency gains and cost savings.

Process Optimization & Industrial Engineering

What we do:
Optimization of production and work processes through analysis, planning, and restructuring.
 
Competencies:
We analyze existing work cycles to identify potential efficiency gains and optimize production processes as well as staff deployment to maximize utilization and quality. We also improve material flows within production through targeted process adjustments and implement lean principles to promote the continuous development of our customers’ manufacturing landscapes.

Workforce Solutions (Staffing & Management)

What we do:
Procurement, training, and management of specialized personnel in production, logistics, and quality control.
 
Competencies:
We recruit and train qualified professionals for various industrial applications and provide large operational teams ranging from 20 to 180 people. We coordinate our staff directly on site, including in multi-shift operations, ensuring seamless integration into customer processes. In addition, we manage additional external personnel for temporary support.
