Frequently asked questions about starting at teamative.

Just send us your CV including certificates and relevant documents.
A cover letter is optional – but if you want to tell us more about yourself and your motivation, feel free!
Especially as a trainee or career changer, this is a great opportunity to share your expectations with us.

What does the application process look like?

The process consists of three stages:
1. A short and informal call.
2. A virtual or on‑site interview.
3. If it’s a match, you join us for a “get‑to‑know” day to meet the team and see how we work.

What happens during the get‑to‑know day?

Your colleagues show you their work and during a shared lunch you can ask anything you’d like.
This gives you a realistic view of how we work – and whether we are a good fit.

How can I contact the responsible people?

It’s easy: via the contact form, by email, phone or social media.
For published job postings, you’ll find the responsible contact directly in the listing.

What does onboarding look like?

In your first weeks, a mentor supports you as your go‑to person.
Depending on your role, we provide additional training.
Most learning happens through “learning by doing” – supported by regular feedback.

Is there a dress code?

No dress code!
Wear what makes you feel comfortable. Only in specific situations, such as on‑site client meetings, sweatpants might not be ideal. 😊 😉

Get the team run, get the work done.
