Reinhard is a graduate computer scientist, pragmatic builder, and co-founder of teamative. He combines deep understanding of sales, software, processes, and people with a down-to-earth, solution-oriented approach.

Since 2010, he has helped build teamative from the ground up and previously led several IT and SAP consulting firms. His clear, people-first mindset shapes the motto: Software Business Is People Business.

From 2027 onward, Reinhard will hand over operational management and move into the Advisory Board. He will remain closely involved – especially in sales and in the strategic support of the leadership team.

Moritz laid the foundation for teamative together with Reinhard while still at university. Today, as Managing Partner, he is responsible for the company’s continued development.

With a background in business informatics and finance, his focus is on connecting technology and people in a way that creates tangible value in day-to-day project work.

His eye for opportunities and solution orientation shape both the culture and the technological direction of teamative.

Roger is a networker through and through. With roles at Atos, Siemens, Festo, and Cloudflight, he brings long-standing leadership experience as well as deep digital and leadership expertise.Since 2024, he has been part of teamative’s management and represents the company on the Bitkom board. His focus areas are business development, strategy, and sales.

Erik started as an SAP IS-U consultant in the energy sector and later founded GD Team as a specialized SAP service provider. Deep industry expertise, clear principles, and genuine partnership shape his work.

Today, as Managing Partner and international site lead for Global Delivery, he helps shape teamative’s development with a long-term perspective.

Jonas is Director Sales at teamative and brings extensive experience in IT services and global sourcing – including from his time at Cellent (Wipro). As an authorized officer, he focuses on clear customer orientation, strategic sales, and long-term partnerships.

Miroslav “Miro” Rysavy is Managing Director of teamative Poland and drives the group’s expansion across Central and Eastern Europe. He played a key role in building new locations and brings international SAP experience – enabling structured scaling, sustainable team growth, and stable delivery management.

Pavel is Managing Director of teamative Czech Republic and, as Sales Director CEE, leads sales activities across Eastern Europe. As a long-standing teammate, he strengthens customer relationships and advances SAP services and delivery – backed by broad experience from various previous industry roles.

Rado is Sales & Delivery Director CEE and Managing Director for teamative Hungary and Romania. With more than 20 years of experience in sales and leadership roles at international IT companies – including Corinex, PosAm, and Sun Microsystems – he focuses on strategic partnerships, cross-market expansion, and excellent sales execution.
