Your SAP foundation, rethought with a clear focus on what matters.
RISE Health Check
We analyze your current system landscape and show which technical, contractual, and organizational aspects matter before and after migration – from interface compatibility and sizing to licensing questions.
SAP Basis in transition
With RISE, responsibilities shift between you and SAP. We help you redefine the role of your SAP Basis teams: away from classic infrastructure work, toward strategic platform management, monitoring, and governance.
RISE Governance
Who owns what in the new operating model? Together, we establish clear governance structures – from SLA monitoring and escalation paths to change management and steering collaboration with SAP and other partners.
Roadmap Advisory
We develop a realistic transformation roadmap with you – aligned to your business goals, technical dependencies, and SAP’s product strategy – so you know which steps make sense when, where risks sit, and where quick wins are.
Cost-efficiency analysis
We compare your current operating costs with the RISE model, uncover hidden cost drivers, and identify savings potential – across infrastructure, licenses, and internal effort. This gives you a sound, numbers-based decision.

SAP experts with a view on operations, organization, and cloud transformation.
You benefit from experience at the intersection of SAP operations, architecture, organization, and cloud transformation.
What exactly is RISE with SAP, and how is it different from a classic SAP landscape?
SAP RISE is a bundled package of cloud infrastructure, S/4HANA licensing, and operating services. Compared to the classic model, SAP takes over a large part of technical operations – your role as a customer changes fundamentally.
Do we have to move, or are there alternatives?
SAP RISE is not the only path to S/4HANA. Self-operated cloud, or a classic hosting model, can remain viable options. We outline the alternatives and their pros and cons.
Will RISE with SAP be cheaper or more expensive than our current operations?
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Our cost-efficiency analysis transparently compares your total cost today with the RISE model – including hidden cost drivers.
Which costs come on top of the RISE subscription fees?
Costs for data migration, interface adjustments, training, third-party tools, and internal capacity are often underestimated. We make them visible before you commit contractually.
How flexible are contract terms and scaling options?
RISE contracts typically come with fixed terms and defined resource contingents. We advise you on negotiation levers and pitfalls in contract design.
What happens to our customizations and in-house developments?
Custom code needs to be assessed and may need adaptation or replacement with standard solutions. The RISE health check shows where action is required.
What about our interfaces to third-party systems?
Existing integrations must be re-evaluated in the new operating model. We analyze your interface landscape and develop a robust integration strategy.
Can we migrate step by step, or does everything need to change at once?
Both are possible. Within roadmap advisory, we define the approach that fits your organization and risk appetite – whether a big bang or a phased transition.
