Your Tasks.

  • Existing Customers: You will provide comprehensive, long-term support to selected customers, build trusting relationships, and identify new needs early on. In doing so, you will understand both business and technical requirements and translate them into appropriate IT solutions. The focus of your sales activities will be in the SAP environment.
  • New Clients: You have a robust network of contacts in the IT sector and use it to acquire new clients. 
  • Nearshore: You’ll work closely with our nearshore subsidiaries and are eager to expand our nearshore business.
  • Solution Design: You advise clients on various types of IT engagement models—such as IT services, project-based work, temporary staffing, contracting, or managed services—and work with internal teams to find the optimal solution.
  • Coordination: You’ll work closely with Recruiting and Delivery, manage inquiries, and ensure the smooth implementation of client projects.
  • New Clients: In addition to managing existing accounts, you’ll identify new client opportunities, conduct initial meetings, and strategically expand your own client network.

Your Profile.

  • You have extensive sales experience in the SAP environment. 
  • You have a broad understanding of IT technologies, roles, and system landscapes, and are familiar with common contracting models in the IT sector (e.g., project-based business, services, ANÜ, contracting, and managed services). 
  • You have a robust network of contacts in the IT sector
  • You have the ability to build long-term, trusting customer relationships and maintain them on an equal footing. Commitment, reliability, and a collaborative approach come naturally to you.
  • You think and act in a consultative manner and know how to analyze customer needs holistically. In doing so, you identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling and develop tailored solutions rather than simply selling individual products.
  • You work in a structured, independent, and organized manner and maintain a clear overview even when managing multiple accounts. Thorough documentation and professional account management are second nature to you.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • The following are considered a plus:
  • You have experience in a nearshore environment.
  • You have experience collaborating with intercultural teams.
