On 2 July 2026, the Waldbaur site at Stuttgart’s Feuersee once again became a meeting place for everyone who wants not just to discuss artificial intelligence, but to put it into practice. Together with C3 and SprintEins, teamative hosted the KI SUMMER SUMMIT STUTTGART – KISSS for short – for the second time.
Real-world use cases, clear positions and conversations between equals: this was the ambition behind the programme we developed for KISSS 2026 over the past few months. Instead of a day full of buzzwords, we wanted to share knowledge that participants could take back to their everyday work and apply immediately.
Deep dives instead of a lecture-style programme
The Summit began with eight compact, hands-on sessions even before the official stage programme got underway. The focus was on well-founded insights: using concrete use cases, the experts guided participants through the tools, demonstrated their features live and assessed their practical potential.
On the teamative Stage in the courtyard, SAP experts Patrick Kohler and Kerstin Madel delivered a two-hour deep dive into SAP Joule. Through live demonstrations, they showed what the AI assistant is already capable of, how its features can be used and where it can create tangible value in day-to-day work.
Twelve talks, three stages, clear perspectives
In the evening, the focus shifted to the topics currently shaping the use of AI: efficiency, data strategy and communication with AI. Twelve talks across three stages brought together different perspectives from business, technology and practice.
The discussion went beyond what is technically possible. The speakers also addressed the conditions companies need to create for AI to make a genuine contribution. They highlighted the decisions that need to be made now – and where a clear position is needed.
The result was a programme that brought together a range of viewpoints: practical, nuanced and open to discussion.
The best conversations often happen between talks
KISSS is about more than the programme on stage. Over drinks and food, people continued their discussions, shared experiences and made new connections. Many valuable impulses emerged when people spoke directly with one another.
A special sign of Stuttgart’s strength as a centre of innovation was the visit from Lord Mayor Frank Nopper. On site, he saw first-hand how companies and experts at the Feuersee are working together on the practical application of AI.
