Based in Miami, teamative Americas provides operational coverage across the USA, Canada, and Latin America. The unit combines teamative's established European delivery capabilities with local market expertise, enterprise client relationships, and nearshore talent from across Latin America.
teamative Americas is a joint venture between teamative Europe, Jakob Wittmann, and Igor Pyrizhok. The new unit focuses on giving clients access to highly qualified technology and SAP talent through flexible staffing, recruiting, consulting, and nearshore delivery models.
The launch builds on a long-standing connection between Jakob Wittmann and teamative. Jakob comes from the same hometown in southern Germany and has known teamative's leadership team for many years - through shared sports and personal connections. After building his career in staffing, consulting, and recruiting across the Americas, the opportunity to combine teamative's European foundation with local expertise in the region became the natural next step.

Throughout his career, he has consistently been among the top commercial performers in his organizations, bringing a strong track record in building client relationships and growing enterprise accounts.
Igor Pyrizhok, Managing Director and Head of Recruiting, was born in Ukraine and is based in Toronto. He is responsible for recruiting and delivery in North America and Latin America. His Eastern European background further strengthens the connection to teamative's established nearshore and delivery capabilities in Eastern Europe. With more than eight years of experience in staffing and recruiting, Igor has built and led recruiting organizations and brings deep operational expertise in enterprise delivery and talent acquisition.
